CREAMERY CULTURE - July, 2008

Summer is officially here! And with an extended 4th of July weekend ahead, there's much to be grateful for. Here at the Springfield Creamery we have even more to celebrate than the welcome return of long, warm days. We are happy to announce that this June, Health magazine selected our probiotic-rich Nancy's Organic Lowfat Raspberry Kefir for the "2008 America's Healthiest Food Award" in the dairy beverage category. As many of you know, we've been making kefir for more than 30 years, so not only are we honored to have been selected for the award, but we're also excited to see the growing interest in the health benefits of kefir.

Speaking of health, here in Eugene, Oregon we are currently hosting the 2008 U. S. Olympic Track and Field Trials, putting a national spotlight on our colorful hometown and its rich history of athletes, artists, culture and more.
